how to stop Profile Spies v3

To anyone who has ever received this notice from me, I’m sorry, I didn’t send it and I have no idea where it’s coming from. I just saw in my activity log it went out to all kinds of people. It’s called Profile Spies v3. I have no idea what it is and how to get it to stop. Any pros out there on facebook that can help me?

I had to change my password, and all the information that I can, and report it as a spam.
